Data collected and purposes

The information entered in our forms (identity, contact details, expertise, situation and details about your assignment) is used only to review your request and manage your relationship with SS2R. Operational data (activity, expenses, documents, income) is used to perform contracts.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are anonymised after 36 months without activity. Data related to contracts and invoicing is kept for the applicable legal periods.

Cookies and anti-robot check

The service only uses strictly necessary cookies: sign-in session, form security, and a functional cookie remembering the landing page and visit source for 30 days. No advertising cookies, no audience measurement. Fonts are hosted on our servers. Public forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-robot service from Cloudflare: it analyses technical signals from your browser to tell humans from robots, without advertising cookies.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@ss2r.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
